ParticipantThe Jet80+ OWA tests onboard HMCS Bonaventure has been a huge sucess. Canadiar will began mass production of the drones. but the plan to fitted on all ships has been scaled back to only just the two Mistral LHAs and the future Queen Elizabeth class Aircraft Carrier as soon as it comes online. The OWA drone flight will be remotely controlled and operated by a crew of 12 Drone pilots plus R/C techs to maintain the drones systems these 3 ships. A NC Army version will be made later this year.
And a revised Remote Control scheme for the RCNs USV program has been planned out to allow a single manned ship to have a R/C Crew of 8 to control 2 USVs per ship. this way a USV fleet will be evenly spread in a fleet, without interference, with that Seapan will bring back its cancelled Waterfowl Class USV back into production.NCAF has seen the future of drone warfare. But doing it in a safer manual controlled way forward, rather then using A.I.

ParticipantThe hunt for modern ships for the RCN has come to a close, As it was announced that Seaspan NC in collaboration with the French Firm Naval Group, will provide Seaspan with the Tooling and the training needed to build and maintain the FREMM frigates, which will serve as a basis for NCs River Class ships. Only Three of these will be built to serve as Flotilla Leaders to the older Halifax and Iroquois Class ships in order to keep costs down. all three are being fitted out with Australian Drone gun Tactical systems for dedicated Anti Drone operations.

ParticipantWith the ROD dropping out. Only the French FREMM Frigate, and the Japanese Mogami Class Frigate are left in this competition. the trials will start once both ships arrive at CFB Halifax, and CFB Prince Rupert. the winner will receive the contract.

ParticipantA new design Competition is being launched Called the Next Gen NC Warship Competition, where Shipyards from other Nation will compete to win the contract to help the RCN, replace its old fleet of Halifax’s and Iroquois, and even the low cost Type 21 frigates. The requirements for this competition are as stated.
The ship must be able to carry the current list of Naval Weapons that the RCN currently operates (Sea Cat, Exocet, Joint Strike Missiles)
The ship must have a top speed of 30+ knots in compliance with the RCN’s patrol speed policy.
And lastly how much will it cost to have your winning ships be sent for refits and maintenance at your yards per month to preserve your intellectual property rights over your ships.Currently heres the list of potential candidates so far.
From the ROD, Type 26R River Class Destoryer.
From France, the FREMM Class Multi Purpose Frigate.
From Japan, the Mogami Class Frigate, this was based on Australia and New Zealand’s suggestion. If you have any suggestions to add to this competition please add now.
The candidate ships must meet at ether CFB Prince Rupert or CFB Halifax for testing to determine the winner.MechCommander
ParticipantCL-215 Water Bombers from the NC Goverment. filling up its water tanks at Stuart Lake in preparation for dealing with a forest fire near Prince George. and the serious one near the BC portion of the Hemp Curtain that borders Karmanaskis. These radial powered Water Bombers where selected to be put back into production due to a shortage of Pratt and Whitney NC Turbo prop engines needed for the advanced CL-515 variant.

ParticipantThe NC Red Crosses Humanitarian Aid fleet has been recalled to New Canada to help the fire evacuations in Northwest territories. The fleet has departed home after concluding business with the Nationalist government in YBC who received the humanitarian Aid the other provinces will have to wait until they return.

ParticipantDe Havilland NC, Canadair, and Bombardier Aerospace, has restarted production of the older radial powered CL-215 Water bombers for the Provinces of BC, NWT and Quebec to help fight the wildfires raging there. The other POP member nations are sending their Firefighting teams as well to assist NC in controlling the fires as well. Security along the BC side of the Hemp Curtain will be doubled, not only to keep that section safe from the wildfires with high pressure hoses but to make sure Cannabis smugglers will not take advantage of the situation.
A new procurement strategy is being made, by relaying on defence companies from other imagi-nations to supply the NC military with modern hardware. This will ensure a better sucess rate, and to remove our countries abysmal track record of failed projects.

ParticipantThe NC Governments inquiring to potentially ask the ROD shipyard that built the Type 26 to see if they can be contracted to build the 15 Type 26 River Class Destroyers for the RCN, in order to make a second attempt to replace our old ships.

ParticipantRealizing that there is no proper Vaccine or treatment for this new strain of Ebola. The NC Red Cross will not enter the Butlins province amid fears of unintentionally spreading the Virus to the rest of the country and recommends that the infected province will need to be effectively isolated from the rest of the country until the virus naturally dies itself off.

ParticipantAfter some consideration between Seaspan and the Project Evaluation Committee about the huge problems with the Radio control setup for a whole fleet of USVs making it impractical, It’s decided that the USV program is to sadly be cancelled to avoid further headaches. Fortunately with the huge amount of crew looking for new ships to man after the decommissioning of HMCS Canada. They could be given postings in small fast patrol boats..

ParticipantThe RCN, Seaspan and the NC Governments R&D Department has run into a very complicated problem with the navys USV Program. As trying to control a fleet of these shows that using multiple radio channels can not only be impractical, but it could also accidentally disrupt radio communication’s from other manned ships and it will leave the control ship very vulnerable to Anti-Radiation missiles. this program will be put on indefinite hold, until the problems are solved before USV production can begin.

ParticipantThe RCAF is putting in a Attack helicopter design competition to replace their fleet of OH-58 Kiowas, and AH-1 Huey Cobras. each manufacturer both here at home and from foreign nations must submit their proposals to the NC Governments Project Evaluation Committee to deterime which one is viable enough and has better quality and safety record to enter RCAF service.

ParticipantWith peace returning to Yer Bouti for now. The Nationalist Government, opened Yer Bouti City up to Pax Global tours Cruise ships to enter again. though the Ebola outbreak is present in the Butlins, it has been contained in just that province so it does not spread so the risk in YBC is very low. the tourism industry will help boost the nations fractured economy. And as a bonus to both the POP and New Canada. Yer Bouti Nationalist governments Ministry of Trade is opening up its oil and gas reserves as part of a trade agreement being made to the POP.
