This is a Sandbox adversary for all Imagi-nation Members.
Made up of every different kinds of Non state villains and Other Assorted Scum. From Terror Groups, Pirates, Renegade military units, Deserters, ETC causing havoc to every nation where ever they pop up. If you think of such a group you want, please post here.

Al-Kabab: Terror group operating in Kabab province in Yer Bouti but does turn up elsewhere.
Brown Trousers: A “Liberation” force first encountered by New Canada in Mauritania in 2019. currently operating in Yer Bouti.
Pan Arab Coalition: A Non state group once backed by the Eurasian Empire but after their defeat in Syria during War aginest the EE in early 2023, they broke their ties and went their seperate ways. Current whereabouts is unknown but tends to hang around Africa and the Middle east.
Territorials Militia: A small Band of armed misguided Civilians who fled out of New Canada in 2018 for breaking Bill NC 9/11. Their whereabouts is unknown, They are considered armed and dangerous, but thankfully limited to hunting rifles, and black powder weapons.
