New Canada’s warnings of the advance of AI and the problems it may bring carried some weight this week! The World wide problems with the php linked program vulnerability, has made news here in the UIN. The forum here like many others uses php. The server host is updated to the latest version but out of caution the forum is closed off for a little while until more is known, understood and confirmed. This website like all wordpress sites is based on php too. It is up to date and will be checked daily and posts will still be able to be commented on at your on risk (so don’t post your bank details here), waffle about Imagi-Nations should be OK. The coming Karmanaskis site is on Blogger which does not use php.
Meanwhile Yer Bouti seems to be set for more trouble if not division and chaos. The BT are taking over the North.
The ROD has a Carrier Battle Group moving into the Southern Indian Ocean and the 1st SHAM is still in Panama assisting after their recent earthquake.
Karmanaskis is implementing major reforms to its Armed Forces but details are few and far between (more soon, maybe). The Karma space program did confirm the operation of a new satellite for the study of Ocean currents and other fish type research. Karma radar imaging satellite “Long-Drop II” is now fully operational. It is believed that more of the series will join it over the next few years to increase coverage (currently optimized for the Northern Pacific).

This news will hopfully convince other Imagi-nations in the UINGA to back New Canada’s resolution to ban A.I Techology in its entirety.
The Yer Bouti Nationalist has become aware of the situation in the Northern provinces of Bongor and Kabab, and Counter Terrorism plans will be set in place once the forum comes back up again. (I’ll be using the program MegaMek to handle any Combat in Yer Bouti and post the results here afterwards.)

The Brown Trousers seems to have almost full support and control of the populace in the North. They have just about full access to anything from Europe/North Africa. This is helping to foster a growing black market in YBC.
As a Wargamer by heart, let the digital dice gods decide the fate of the northern Provinces. I will need a TO&E of the Brown Trousers operating in that area so their units will be added into the MegaMek Program.
Of course this will also disrupt any humanitarian aid coming into those two provinces when its their turn after Minehead. and Aid groups, DO NOT WORK! With Terrorists like the Brown Trousers.
