YB News reports are coming in that the Northern coastal highway has been blocked in several places by armed groups in both the Bognor and Kabab homelands. All traffic on this vital North South logistics lifeline seems to be effected. A few commercial trucks have made it through upon payment of a “Freedom Toll” at each roadblock.
The highway runs from the Northern boarder to YB City and the actions seems to be timed to coincide with the meetings taking place at the UIN General Assembly.General Assembly of the U-I-N

The U-I-N General Assembly (UINGA) is the main policy-making organ of the Organization. Comprising all Member States, it provides a unique forum for multilateral discussion of the full spectrum of international issues covered by the Charter of the United Imagi-Nations. Each of the Member States of the United Imagi-Nations has an equal vote.
The UINGA also makes key decisions for the UN, including:
appointing the Secretary-General on the recommendation of the Security Council
electing the non-permanent members of the Security Council
approving the UN budget
agree standards for micro armourThe Assembly meets in regular sessions from October to December each year, and thereafter as required. It discusses specific issues through dedicated agenda items or sub-items, which lead to the adoption of resolutions.

The UIN welcomes NC’s Red Cross aid efforts in Yer Bouti. The UIN area office in Yer Bouti City request that NC use its influence with Prime Minister Jafar’s office to allow the continued flow of aid from YBC out into the rest of the Country. The deep water port and the international airport in YBC are vital assets in this regard.
