Sometime ago on the GHQ forum I asked a question about the future of Karmanaskis. It was a simple open vote as to whether Karma should follow a Western or Eastern trend. I liked the idea of a random chaos input and there was a lot of M1 and Leopards crashing around with only the odd dastardly EE and their T tanks mulling about to keep them awake at night.
By a slim margin (1 vote) that vote went to the East. Changes to the TOE did start but with a bit of an half arsed middle of the road approach.
This is just to confirm that Karma will continue here on UIN with an Eastern equipment trend.
Still stubbornly nonaligned and more self-sufficient than ever but now pursued with an even Karma, greater vigour.
I will still have a few flights of fancy/what if’s. Policy and goals will remain the same but hopefully the different posture will make people stop and think about changes to the modern World, the battle space and the equipment that may be used.
***EDIT***Major Defence review underway. Sole Eastern (or Western) equipment trend rejected by local population and the PTB. The importance of a reliable and stable defence procurement chain is to be given top priority. Karma to go 99% pewter free by years end!
Any plans for your brown trousers in Yer Bouti? As there is that civil war going on.
Karmanaskis has no connection with any group within Yer Bouti at this time. If there was a UIN approved mission Karma would most likely assist.
However, if the BT are the only group outside of Yer Bouti City handing out food aid, I imagine they have the support of 90% of the local population.
