Yer Bouti is an enclave on the North Western African coast.
Somewhat of an oddity it is often overlooked or missed off completely from modern maps.
Sitting within what is now the Western Sahara (Greater Bouti) the enclave was used as a port in the 1700’s but was never favored by the colonial powers at the time.

At that time the area was never seen as having that much to offer and was past over by Spain and most others.
Some mid east influence made its way to the area and surprisingly British from the late 1700’s.
The Duke of Southend-on-sea sailing to the new World with many women on-board got lost and was shipwrecked. Many survived and stayed despite the harsh environment but they effected the local dialect, this hindered trade with the rest of region.
Displaced Sheikh’s from the East and Essex girls from Southend with their wisdom left it’s mark on the area.
Some say this held back development of Yer Bouti for hundreds of years.

Marginal land on a small coastal plain around an inlet.
Rugged almost impassable highlands in the North and desert to the East.

There is history of a Sheikhdom from 1820 until today ruled almost continuously by the Zappa Clan.
The general area is disputed by Moroccodom a member of the Commonwealth of Chrisdom.

After a days worth of back and forth, talks with the PM, Jafar agreed to one option sealing up Yer Bouti city to Prevent Ebola from entering. His Blue Nationalist government here in YBC cannot speak for the other 5 Provinces that make up the rest of Yer Bouti as there is a Civil War going on, According to his Defence Minister Iago, one province, might be loyal to the former Sheik Yer Bouti, who fled to Kebab months ago, the others Under the sway of the Terror groups AL-Kabab, and Brown Trousers. but if New Canadian Red Crosses Humanitarian Aid fleet shows up, in Yer Bouti City to deliver food and medical care needed to fight Ebola, it could hopfully sway the population to abandon the two Terror groups, and rejoin Yer Bouti City again.

With that New Canadian Red Cross has given the orders by the NC delegate to send the aid fleet to Yer Bouti City to deliver aid to the area.

With peace returning to Yer Bouti for now. The Nationalist Government, opened Yer Bouti City up to Pax Global tours Cruise ships to enter again. though the Ebola outbreak is present in the Butlins, it has been contained in just that province so it does not spread so the risk in YBC is very low. the tourism industry will help boost the nations fractured economy. And as a bonus to both the POP and New Canada. Yer Bouti Nationalist governments Ministry of Trade is opening up its oil and gas reserves as part of a trade agreement being made to the POP.

The NC Red Crosses Humanitarian Aid fleet has been recalled to New Canada to help the fire evacuations in Northwest territories. The fleet has departed home after concluding business with the Nationalist government in YBC who received the humanitarian Aid the other provinces will have to wait until they return.
