” The NC Red Crosse’s bureaucratic process in Yer Bouti City will take one or two months to complete, then the NCRC Lifesaver will leave to deliver the forms to the two other ships outside the port so the food and medical aid shipments can come in. In the meantime Yer Bouti’s military will have to patrol the outskirts of the city and along the coastline, to ensure the Brown Trousers, and Al-Kabab will not interfere the operations of the NC Aid Fleet.
I am in the process of 3D printing Vehicles and ships for the Yer Bouti military”.
NC issues this ultimatum to the other Yer Bouti Provinces. Abandon the terror groups or no aid will come.
